well maybe not.....

I really thought after my Saturday run of 2 miles pain free, I was on the mend. Nope. I tried running again Monday.. pain... the warm up for boot camp this morning... pain.... however, no pain the rest of class, so I jumped on the treadmill after class and ran 3 miles. I really could have gone longer but my 2 hours were up with child watch. So, maybe this is a weird injury that is A.O.K with a decent warm up. What do you all think? Should I continue to do this, or still go in and have it checked out? I just hate going to the doc.

I found this funny comic... enjoy.

HAPPY TURKEY DAY ON THURSDAY!!!

*Oh ya... I am on day 2 of Amanda's HBBC... I am at 10 points... will be 13 if I decide to go to spin tonight. YAY!!!! The one I will struggle with is the 7 F/V a day... pretty sure I will never get that point per day. yikes.

Yeah, I'm never going to get that fruits and vegetables point either.

7 is a lot, good, but dang, yeah, I wouldn't hit that either.

Keep the warm ups and no more than 3 miles for now, that's what I would do before I hit the doc.

You should get it checked out.
Never hurts to have a pro take a look at it.

That cartoon is hilarious! Great job on the Bootie Buster points! I HAVE to eat the fruits and veggies just to get points!

P.S.
My word verification word to post this is "retard". Does Blogger know something about myself that I don't??

hmmm if a good warm up makes it feel ok, sounds like a muscular issue so I'm not sure a doc would do much...what do I know!

way to go on bootie bustin. and I"m sure you can get in the veggies/fruit...just takes planning. It took me a long ti mto figure it out

Hmm... I'd probably try a few more runs after a warm-up and providing it feels okay, just play it out. Good luck!!

Nice job on the HBBC points and Happy Thanksgiving!

Wow love your website! Email me what product you would want to Giveaway and any details you want included.

I am TRYING to put together a 12 days of Giveaways but not sure if I can pull it off. If not, I will be doing weekly holiday themed Giveaways and would LOVE LOVE to tell people all about your business.

Funny cartoon! Thanks for visiting my blog, HBBC teammate. I think the Fruits and Veggie part of the HBBC is challenging too. But we can do it! Hoping you have a speedy recovery.

New to your blog so I don't know what is wrong with your ankle. I sprained mine a year ago and ran though the healing process by wrapping it with Co-Flex (Vet-Wrap). There is also a great support wrap that might help. I use it for various stains and stresses. www.kttap.com. Love this stuff!!
Good luck and happy running from your fellow LDS running sister.
